A beautiful example of the coin issued to celebrate the centennial of the opening of Fort Vancouver by the Hudson Bay Company. The site was instrumental in the settling of the northwest and remains a popular tourist site to this day. The present example is nicely toned with peripheral colors that include but are not limited to bright green, gold and plum. A dynamic and technically stunning example of this classic commemorative design.
